खट्टी मीठी मक्केरेल मछली

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Mackrels Fish (मक्केरेल मछली) ---------- 6 

Flour (आटा) ---------- 1/2 cup 

Oil (तेल) ---------- for frying 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

For Stuffing (भरवान के लिये)


Red Kashmiri chillies (लाल कश्मीरी मिर्च) ---------- 7

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 2.5 cm piece 

Green chillies (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2 

Finely chopped Tomatoes (बारीक़ कटा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 2 

Cumin seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1 tablespoon 

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 3 pods 

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 3 tablespoon 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1 tablespoon 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Sweet And Sour Mackerel Fish (खट्टी मीठी मक्केरेल मछली बनाने की विधि)


-> First clean and washed the Mackrels Fish (मक्केरेल मछली) and cut into lengthwise. Keep the fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) in a plate. (मक्केरेल मछली को धो ले और लम्बाई में काटे)

-> Sprinkle the Salt (नमक) over fish (मछली) and set aside for 15 minutes. (मछली पर नमक लगा कर रखे)

-> Now take Ginger (अदरक) + Green chillies (हरी मिर्च) + Garlic (लहसुन) in a grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste. (अदरक + हरी मिर्च + लहसुन को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> You also take the Red Kashmiri chillies (लाल कश्मीरी मिर्च) + Cumin seeds (जीरा) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and grind it and make a masala powder (मसाला पाउडर).(लाल कश्मीरी मिर्च + जीरा + हल्दी पाउडर को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Mix the with Salt (नमक) + Vinegar (सिरका) + ginger-garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) + Sugar powdered (चीनी पाउडर) + Tomatoes (टमाटर) and dry masalas (सूखा मसाला) and make a thick paste (गाढ़ा पेस्ट). (नमक + सिरका + अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट + चीनी पाउडर + टमाटर + सूखा मसाला को आपस में अच्छी तरह मिला कर गाढ़ा पेस्ट बना ले)

-> Now stuff slits into the fish (मछली) with sweet-sour masala paste (मीठा खट्टे मसाला पेस्ट) and keep aside for 15 minutes.(मीठा खट्टे मसाला पेस्ट को मछली में भरे और रखे)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a skillet. When the Oil (तेल) became hot then coat the fish (मछली) with Flour (आटा) and shallow fry the fish in hot oil until cooked. (मछली को आटे में लपेटे और गरम तेल में तल ले)

-> Sweet And Sour Mackerel Fish (खट्टी मीठी मक्केरेल मछली) is ready. Serve hot with chapatis (चपाती). (गरम गरम चपाती से परोसे)
