Sweet Paneer Roti

मीठी पनीर रोटी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 2 cups

Grated Cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर) ---------- 1 cup

Khoa/Mawa (खोया/मावा) ---------- 1/4 cup

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 3  smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Ghee (तेल) ---------- as needed

How to make Sweet Paneer Roti (मीठी पनीर रोटी बनाने की विधि)

-> First you filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) in a rosette (थाली) and mixed very well. (गेहूं के आटा को छान ले)

-> Now you add Salt (नमक) in a flour (आटा ) and mixed very well. Now with help of Water (पानी) make a soft dough (गूथा आटा) and keep it for 2 hours. (नमक मिला कर पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)

-> Heat ghee (घी) in a frying pan. When ghee (घी) became hot then add Grated Paneer (कसा हुआ पनीर) + Khoa/Mawa (खोया/मावा) + Sugar (चीनी) and stir well. (घी + कसा हुआ पनीर + खोया/मावा + चीनी को पका ले)

-> When mixture thicken then off the gas.(मिश्रण गाढ़ा होने पर गैस बंद कर दे)

-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now with the help of Rolling pin (बेलन) make a 4 inch small roti. Now put the Cheese Stuffing (पनीर भरवान) items and cover the mixture with the roti. Now fold this roti and make a semicircle. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे को बेले और पनीर भरवान रख कर मोड़े और फिर बेले )

-> Now slightly roll this triangle roti and put on hot tava. With help of Ladle (करछुल) spread the Ghee (घी), both side of roti. Cooked it until they turn to light brown. (थोडा सा घी लगा कर हल्का सुनहरा होने तक रोटी दोनों तरफ से सेक ले)

-> Your tasty and delicious Sweet Paneer Roti (मीठी पनीर रोटी) is ready. Served it with fresh curd (ताजा दही) or sos (सोस) (दही-सोस से परोसे)
