Sweet Singhara Katli

सिघाड़े की मीठी कतली

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Singhara Flour (सिघाड़े आटा) ---------- 100 gms

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1 spoon

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 100 gms

Cardamom Powder (इलाइची पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

How to make Sweet Singhara Katli (सिघाड़े की मीठी कतली बनाने की विधि)

-> Heat the Ghee (घी) in Cauldron (कडाही). Add Singhara Flour (सिघाड़े आटा) and roast it until it turn to golden brown in color. (घी + सिघाड़े का आटा भुने)

-> Now you add 300 gms water (पानी) + Sugar (चीनी) and mixed very and and cooked it. It became to like halwa. (इसमें चीनी +  पानी मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now spread the Ghee (घी) in a plate and you also spread the halwa mixture. When it cool then cut it your favorite design. (प्लेट पर घी लगाये और मिश्रण फैला दे और ठंडा होने पर अपने मनपसंद आकार में काट ले)

-> Your Sweet Singhara Katli (सिघाड़े की मीठी कतली) is ready. You can eat this recipe in fasting days.
