Tamatar Murgh Kofta

टमाटर मुर्ग कोफ्ता 

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Boneless chicken (हड्डी रहित चिकन) ---------- 4 to 5 breast pieces

Chopped green chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Chopped coriander leaves (कटा धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1/4 Cup

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Ginger-garlic paste (अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1 1/2 tablespoon

Roughly chopped Tomatoes (मोटे कटे टमाटर) ---------- 5 to 6 medium sized 

Sliced onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1 medium sized  

Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Cumin seeds powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 8 to 10 

Rice flour (चावल का आटा) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Tamatar Murgh Kofta (टमाटर मुर्ग कोफ्ता बनाने की विधि)

-> Clean, trim and roughly cut the chicken breasts (चिकन ब्रैस्ट) into small pieces. (चिकन ब्रैस्ट को छोटे टुकडो में काटे)

-> Now Mince (क़ीमा) chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) along with Chopped green chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + half of the Chopped coriander leaves (कटा धनिया पत्ते)  +  Salt (नमक) ensuring that the mince is smooth and fine. (चिकन के टुकड़े को कीमा बनाये और इसमें कटी हुई हरी मिर्च + कटा धनिया पत्ते + नमक को मिलाये और चिकना मिश्रण बनाये)

-> Now make a small ball of this chicken mixture (चिकन मिश्रण) and make a small sized ball. (चिकन मिश्रण को बराबर भाग में बाटे और छोटी बॉल बना ले)

-> Noe heat the 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in a pressure-cook. After you add Roughly chopped Tomatoes (मोटे कटे टमाटर) and fried it for 5 - 6 minutes. (तेल + मोटे कटे टमाटर को प्रेशर कुकर में फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Sliced onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Cumin seeds powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) + Ginger-garlic paste (अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट) + Salt (नमक) + water (पानी) mixed and cooked it for 15 minutes.(कटा हुआ प्याज + धनिया पाउडर + जीरा पाउडर + मिर्च पाउडर + गरम मसाला पाउडर + अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट + नमक + पानी मिला कर ढक कर 15 मिनट पकाये)

-> Open the pressure cooker. bring the contents to room temperature and puree them. (प्रेशर कुकर को खोले और टमाटर प्यूरी बना ले)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) and fried it for 1 minutes. After you add Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) stir-fry briefly. (तेल + सरसों के बीज + करी पत्ते को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add stir in puree tomato mixture (प्यूरी टमाटर का मिश्रण) + 1 cup water (पानी) and bring it to a boil. (अब इसमें प्यूरी टमाटर का मिश्रण + पानी मिलाये और उबाले)

-> Reduce heat and you add the chicken ball (चिकन बॉल) cover the pan with a tight fitting lid and cooked it for 15 minutes on medium flame gas.(अब इस में चिकन बॉल मिलाये और ढक कर पकाये)

-> Dissolve Rice flour (चावल का आटा)  in quarter cup water (पानी) and add to the gravy (रसा), stirring continuously to slightly thicken it. simmer for five minutes. (चावल के आटे को पानी में घोले और इसको ग्रेवी में मिला कर पका ले)

-> Tamatar Murgh Kofta (टमाटर मुर्ग कोफ्ता) is ready. Garnished it with Chopped coriander leaves (कटा धनिया पत्ते) (धनिया पत्ते से सजाये)
