तीखा मुर्ग 

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) ---------- 75 ml 

Onion seeds (कलोंजी) ---------- 1 Smallspoon

Fennel seeds (सौंफ़) ---------- 1 Smallspoon

Chopped Garlic (कटा हुआ लहसुन) ---------- 2 Tablespoon

Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 200 g 

Chopped tomatoes (कटा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 150 g 

Chopped ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) ---------- 1 Smallspoon

Green chillies (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3 

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 2 Tablespoon

Chicken (चिकन) ---------- 1 kg (leg cubes, boneless )

Tomato paste (टमाटर का पेस्ट) ---------- 1 Tablespoon

Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 Tablespoon

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 Smallspoon 

Roasted cumin powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 Smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Black salt (काला नमक) ---------- 1 pinch

Fresh coriander (ताजा धनिया) ---------- 20 gms

Mint (पोदीना) ---------- 10 gms


How to make Teekha Murg (तीखा मुर्ग बनाने की विधि)


-> Heat 1 smallspoon oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) and fried it for 1 minute. After you crush them. (तेल + करी पत्ते को फ्राई करे और बाद में चूरा कर ले)


-> First heat the Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) in a pan. When Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) became hot then add Onion seeds (कलोंजी) + Fennel seeds (सौंफ़) and fried it for 1 minutes. (तेल + कलोंजी + सौंफ़ को फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Chopped Garlic (कटा हुआ लहसुन) and fried it another 1 minute. Now you add Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Chopped tomatoes (कटा हुआ टमाटर) + Chopped ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) + Green chillies (हरी मिर्च) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) turns to golden brown in color. (अब इसमें लहसुन + प्याज + टमाटर + अदरक + हरी मिर्च डाल कर फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add boneless chicken cubes (बोनेलेस चिकन क्यूब्स) + Tomato paste (टमाटर का पेस्ट) mixed it and fried it for 2-3 minutes. (अब इसमें बोनेलेस चिकन क्यूब्स + टमाटर का पेस्ट मिलाये और पकाये)


-> Now you add Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Roasted cumin powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Black salt (काला नमक) and mix well. (अब इसमें लाल मिर्च पाउडर + काली मिर्च पाउडर + भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर + नमक + काला नमक मिलाये और पकाये)


-> Cook on a low flame, with a lid on top for about 10 minutes. After you add the fried crushed curry leaves (तली कुचली करी पत्ते) and mix well. (ढक कर चिकन के सॉफ्ट होने तक पकाये और इसमें तली कुचली करी पत्ते मिलाये)


-> Teekha Murg (तीखा मुर्ग) is ready. Garnished it with Fresh coriander (ताजा धनिया) + Mint (पोदीना) (ताजा धनिया + पोदीना से सजाये)
