Til Aur Kadi Patta Rice

तिल और कड़ी पत्ता चावल

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Cooked rice (पके हुए चावल) ---------- 3 cups

Roasted White sesame seeds (भुने सफेद तिल) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Roasted Black sesame seeds (भुने काले तिल) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 1/2 cup

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Black peppercorns Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Onions (प्याज़) ---------- 2 medium

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Ghee (घी) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Split Bengal gram (चने की दाल) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Green chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

How to make Til Aur Kadi Patta Rice (तिल और कड़ी पत्ता चावल बनाने की विधि)

-> First chopped the Onions (प्याज़) and Roughly chop most of the Curry leaves (करी पत्ते). (प्याज़ और कुछ करी पत्तो को काटो)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add 1 tablespoon Ghee (घी) and mixed very well. Now you add Asafoetida (हींग) + Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) + Split Bengal gram (चने की दाल) and fried it until Daal (दाल) turn to light brown in color. (तेल + घी + हींग + सरसों के बीज + चने की दाल को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Onions (प्याज़) and fried it until Onions (प्याज़) turn to golden brown in color. Now add remaining whole Curry leaves (करी पत्ते)  and the chopped Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) and fried it for 2-3 minute. (अब इसमें प्याज़ + कटे करी पत्ते + साबुत करी पत्ते मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Green chili (हरी मिर्च) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Cooked rice (पके हुए चावल) and roast it for 3 minute.( अब इसमें हरी मिर्च + हल्दी पाउडर + पके हुए चावल मिला कर भुने)

-> After you add 1/4 cup water (पानी) + Salt (नमक) + Roasted White and black sesame seeds (भुने सफेद और काले तिल) and mixed very well. Now you add Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + Black peppercorns Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Remaining Ghee (घी) and mixed very well. and cooked it for 5 minute.(इसमें  पानी + नमक + भुने सफेद और काले तिल + नींबू का रस + काली मिर्च पाउडर + बचा हुआ घी मिला कर पकाये)

-> Til Aur Kadi Patta Rice (तिल और कड़ी पत्ता चावल) is ready. Served it hot. (गरम गरम परोसे)
