Til Mawa barfi

तिल मावा बर्फी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Sesame (तिल) ---------- 250 gms

Mawa (मावा) ---------- 250 gms

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 300 gms

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 50 gms

How to make Til Mawa barfi (तिल मावा बर्फी बनाने की विधि)

-> First Clean the Sesame (तिल). Now heat the Cauldron (कडाही) and roast the Sesame (तिल) until they turn to golden brown in color. After roast cool it then grind it into grinder. (तिल साफ करके भुने और ठंडा होने पर पीसे)

-> You also roast the Mawa (मावा) in other Cauldron (कडाही) and takenout it into plate. (मावे को भुने)

-> Now for sweet Syrup take water (पानी)  + Sugar (चीनी) ( ratio is 100 gms Sugar (चीनी) the add 50 gms water (पानी)) and cooked this for 6-7 minute and make a  sweet Syrup. Now take 1 spoon sweet Syrup and put it on plate and after cooling keep the paste between your finger and thumb you will see 2-3 strings become, its mean sweet Syrup is ready. (पानी + चीनी मिला कर पकाए और २-३ तार की चाशनी बनाये)

-> Now add Mawa (मावा) + Cashewnut (काजू) + Sesame (तिल) into  sweet Syrup and mixed very well. (चाशनी में मावा + काजू + तिल मिला कर पकाए)

-> Now spread the some Ghee (घी) in a plate and you also spread the mixture  into this plate. (प्लेट में घी लगा कर मिश्रण फैला दे)

-> Now press the Cashewnut (काजू) into Burfi (बर्फी ) with the help of Ladle (करछुल). Keep this for 1-2 hours. (काजू को करछी की सहायता से बर्फी में दबा देते है)

-> Now you cuts its into your Favorite sized. Til Mawa barfi (तिल मावा बर्फी) is ready. You can store this barfi for 12 - 15 day.
