About Educational Institute

Mahendra Educational Trust is managed and run Mahendra Institute of Technology in Tiruchengode Taluk and Namakkal district, Tamil Nadu. In year 1978, Mahendra Educational Trust was established. MIT Tiruchengode is affiliated to Anna University Coimbatore and it is approved by All India Council for TechnicaI Education (AICTE) New Delhi. MEC, Tindivanam offers the engineering courses in various field at Post graduate or under graduate level.

In year 2007,  Mahendra Institute of Technology was established and started its academic session. It also has a placement cell that arranged the Communication skills class, Interview skills, Current affairs, Group discussion, Personality development, Leadership qualities, Soft skills, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

To take the admission in BE / B Tech / UG / Undergraduate courses Candidate pass in 10+2 examination(Academic)with Maths, Physics and Chemistry. or any other equivalent qualification approved by the state Government & Anna University  Coimbatore . with 50% marks for open category, 45 % marks for Backward category, 40% marks for Most Backward category and Just Pass in Examination for  SC/ST category.

Admission Procedure:

B.Tech / B.E Courses: Admission is based on qualifying examination marks and as per rules and regulations of Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore.

Eligibility Criteria

MCA Courses : Candidate pass in any Bachelor' degree of Anna University of Technology or equivalent with (10+2+3) year pattern with mathematics at +2 level or with mathematics / Statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level.

MBA Courses : Candidate should passed Bachelor / Master Degree from any recognized Educational Institution / University with a minimum mark of 50%. They should also have performed well in MAT/CAT Scores, Group discussions and Personal Interviews.
