Veg Shahi Korma

शाकाहारी शाही कोरमा

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Fresh Cheese (ताजा पनीर) ---------- 40 gms

Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) ---------- 300 gms

Green Peas (मटर के दाने) ---------- 400 gms

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 250 gms

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 100 gms

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 100 gms

Fresh Cream (ताजी क्रीम) ---------- 1/2 Cup

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 10 gms

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

Yogurt (दही) ---------- 250 gms

Cashew nut (काजू) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Pistachios (पिस्ता) ---------- 1 tablespoon


How to make Veg Shahi Korma (शाकाहारी शाही कोरमा बनाने की विधि)


-> First grated the Fresh Cheese (ताजा पनीर) and Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) (पनीर + फूलगोभी को कस ले)


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add the grated Cheese (कसा पनीर) and grated Cauliflower (कसी फूलगोभी) and fried it. (तेल + कसा पनीर + कसी फूलगोभी को तल ले)


-> Now in other fry Pan heat the 3 tablespoon Oil (तेल). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it for 1 minute. After you add chopped Onion (कटी प्याज) + Ginger (अदरक) and fried it until it turn  to golden brown in color. (तेल + जीरा + कटी प्याज + अदरक को फ्राई करे)


-> After you add chopped Tomatoes (कटे टमाटर) and cooked it until Tomatoes (टमाटर) became soft. After you add Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well. (कटे टमाटर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + नमक मिला कर पकाये)


-> Now you add boiled Green Peas (उबले मटर के दाने) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. After you add Yogurt (दही) and cooked it for 5 minute and stir regularly. (उबले मटर के दाने + दही डाले)


-> After you add fried grated Cheese (कसा पनीर) and grated Cauliflower (कसी फूलगोभी) and mixed well and cooked this for 20 minute. (इसमें तला पनीर व तली फूलगोभी डाल कर पकाये)


-> Now you add Cashew nut (काजू) + Pistachios (पिस्ता) and off the gas. (काजू + पिस्ता डाले और गैस बंद कर दे)


-> Your tasty Veg Shahi Korma (शाकाहारी शाही कोरमा ) is ready. Served it with Rice(चावल), Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती) or Parathe(परांठे). (चावल, नान, चपाती, परांठे से परोसे)
