Vegetable Spring Rolls

वेज स्प्रिंग रोल

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Maida (मैदा) ---------- 100 ग्राम 

Chopped Cabbage (बारीक कटी पत्ता गोभी) ---------- 200 gms or 1 cup

Grated Cheese (कसा पनीर) ---------- 100 gms or 1/2 cup

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1

Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक) ---------- 1/2 long pieces

Black pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- less then 1/4 smallspoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chinese salt ajino moto (चाईनिज नमक अजीनो मोटो) ---------- less then 1/4 smallspoon

Soy sauce (सोया सास) ---------- 1 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste  

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried


How to make Vegetable Spring Rolls (वेज स्प्रिंग रोल बनाने की विधि)


-> First filtrate (छानना) the Maida (मैदा) in a rosette (थाली). Make a thin and smooth paste with the help of water (पानी). The ratio of (पानी) and Maida (मैदा) is "1.5 cup water (पानी) and 1 cup Maida (मैदा)". Covered this solution and kept for 1 hours. (मैदा छाने और पानी की सहायता से पतला और चिकना घोल बनाइये)


For stuffing


-> First heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च) + Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक) +  Chopped Cabbage (बारीक कटी पत्ता गोभी) + Grated Cheese (कसा पनीर) and cooked it for 2-3 minute. (तेल + कटी हरी मिर्च  + अदरक  + कटी पत्ता गोभी + पनीर को फ़्राइ करे)


-> After you add Black pepper (काली मिर्च) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Chinese salt ajino moto (चाईनिज नमक अजीनो मोटो) + Soy sauce (सोया सास) + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well. Stuffing is ready. (इसमे काली मिर्च + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + चाईनिज नमक अजीनो मोटो + सोया सास + नमक मिलाये, पिठ्ठी तैयार है.)


-> Now take a non stick Tava (नानस्टिक तवा).  Put some Oil (तेल) and spread this Oil (तेल) on whole stick Tava (नानस्टिक तवा). (तवे पर थोडा तेल डाले)


-> Now take 1 tablespoon solution of Maida (मैदा), and spread it diluted with lighter pressure as Chila (rapper). Cooked it on medium flame gas. When upper side of Chila (rapper) change the color then takenout this into plate. (तवे पर एक चमचा घोल डालिये और चमचे से हल्का दबाव डालते हुये पतला चीला जैसा (रैपर) बनाये और धीमी आग पर सेके, जब रैपर की ऊपर की सतह कलर बदल दे और तवे से किनारे अपने से निकलने लगे, तब रैपर उठा कर तेल लगी प्लेट पर रखिये)


-> On the other side of Chila (rapper) put 2 tablespoon stuffing and spread it into length. Covered this stuffing with Chila (rapper) and make a roll. ( रैपर के ऊपर की ओर पिठ्ठी रखे और रोल करे)


-> All roll make similar way. Your tasty Vegetable Spring Rolls (वेज स्प्रिंग रोल ) is ready.



Note : You also used the slow fry and deep fry to make these rolls


For Slow fry : For slow fry take 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in a fry pan and heat it. Now put the rolls into fry pan. Fried the rolls on both side until they turn to golden brown in color. कडाही में २ चम्मच तेल डाल कर गरम करे और उसमे २ स्प्रिंग रोल डाल कर चारों ओर पलट पलट कर, हल्के ब्राउन होने तक तलेंगे ! तले हुए रोल्स निकल कर किसी प्लेट में रख दे 


For Deep Fry : For this take enough Oil (तेल) in a fry pan and heat it. When Oil (तेल) became hot pull it into hot Oil (तेल). You can fry more than one rolls at a time. Fried it until they turn to golden brown in color. (ब्राउन होने तक सारे रोल तल लीजिये)
