शाकाहारी जरदा

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Basmati Rice (बासमती चावल) ---------- 500 gms

Almond (बादाम) ---------- 10 

Big Cardamon Powder (बड़ी इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Raisin (किशमिश) ---------- 50 gms

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 50 gms

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Saffron (केसर) ---------- 10- 12

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ---------- To requirement

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 smallspoon

How to make Vegetarian Jrda (शाकाहारी जरदा बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Basmati Rice (बासमती चावल) with clean water keep boiling. Taken out the unripe Rice (अधपके चावल). (बासमती चावल धो कर अधपके पका ले)

-> Now peel the Almond (बादाम) and cut it into long pieces. You also soaked the Saffron (केसर) into milk. (बादाम छिले और लम्बे टुकडो में काट ले और केसर ढूध में भिगो दे)

-> Now heat the Butter (मक्खन) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Butter (मक्खन) became hot then add Big Cardamon Powder (बड़ी इलायची पाउडर) + Cinnamon (दालचीनी) and fried it for 2 minute. (मक्खन + बड़ी इलायची पाउडर + दालचीनी फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Almond (बादाम) + Sugar (चीनी)  + Salt (नमक) + unripe Rice (अधपके चावल) and mixed very well. Covered it by the lid and cooked it for 5-6 minute. (इसमें बादाम + चीनी + नमक + अधपके चावल मिला कर पका ले)

-> When Basmati Rice (बासमती चावल) is cooked then you add Saffron (केसर) + Raisin (किशमिश) + Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) and mixed very well. Cooked it on medium flame gas for 2 minute. ( जब चावल पक जाये तो इसमें केसर + किशमिश + नींबू का रस मिलाये)

-> Vegetarian Jrda (शाकाहारी जरदा ) is ready.
