Vermicelli halwa Recipe (सेवई का हलवा)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Vermicelli (सेंवई) ---------- 100 gram or 1 cup

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 100 gram or 1/2 cup

Cashewnuts Pieces (काजू के टुकड़े) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Almond (बादाम के टुकड़े) ---------- 1 tablespoon 

Raisin (किशमिश) ---------- 10 - 15

Green Cardamom powder (हरी इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 small spoon


How to make Vermicelli halwa Recipe (सेवई का हलवा बनाने की विधि)


-> First heat the Ghee (घी) in a pan. When Ghee (घी) became hot then add Vermicelli (सेंवई) and roast it on the medium heat till it turns golden brown in color. When Vermicelli (सेंवई) is roast then keep it aside in a plate.( धीमी आग पर, गरम घी में सेवई भुन ले )


-> If there is a Ghee (घी) in a pan then you can add Water (पानी) (सेंवई की मात्रा का तिगुना पानी (3 कप पानी) मतलव 1 कप सेंवई मे 3 कप पानी).) and heat this water (पानी). ( बचे हुए घी में पानी डाल कर पकाए)


-> When water (पानी) became hot then roasted Vermicelli (सेंवई) + Some pieces of Cashewnuts Pieces (काजू के टुकड़े) + Some pieces of Almond (बादाम के टुकड़े) + Raisin (किशमिश) and cooked it on low flame. (गरम पानी में सेंवई + काजू -बादाम के टुकड़े + किशमिश डाल कर पकाए)


-> When Vermicelli (सेंवई) cooked then add Sugar (चीनी) and cooked halwa til Sugar (चीनी) melt. (हलवे में चीनी मिलाये )


-> Now Halwa is ready so off the gas flame and add Green Cardamom powder (हरी इलायची पाउडर मिलाये )


-> Hot and sweet Vermicelli halwa Recipe (सेवई का हलवा) is ready Garnished it with Cashewnuts (काजू) and Almond (बादाम) pieces. (काजू + बादाम से सजाये)
