Wheat flour Halwa Recipe (गेहूं के आटे का हलवा)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 100 gms or 1 cup

Ghee (घी) ---------- 80 gms or 1/3 cup

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 100 gms or 1/2 cup

Cashewnuts (काजू) ---------- 8-10

Pistachio (पिस्ता) ---------- 8-10

Raisin (किशमिश)  ---------- 5-6

Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) --------------- 1/2 small spoon

How to make Wheat flour Halwa Recipe (गेहूं के आटे का हलवा बनाने की विधि)

-> First you filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) in a rosette (थाली). (आटे को छान ले)

-> Now take a half Ghee (घी) in a pan and heat it. After you add the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) in to hot Ghee (घी) and roast it on the medium heat till it turns golden brown in color. Take out the roasted flour in a plate. ( धीमी आग पर, गरम घी में आटा भुन ले )

-> When the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) is roast then add the water (पानी) (आटे की मात्रा का तिगुना पानी (3 कप पानी) मतलव 1 कप आटे मे 3 कप पानी). Now add Sugar (चीनी)  and stir slowly and continuously with the spoon (चम्मच के साथ धीरे धीरे और लगातार चलाते रहे)

-> Now add Raisin (किशमिश) + Cashewnuts (काजू) and cook on the medium flame. Stir continuously with the spoon. ( किशमिश + काजू डाल कर चमचे से चलाते हुये पकाइये)

-> When mixture of Halwa is thick the add the remaining Ghee (घी) and cook on medium flame. If the mixture is not stickiness of the pan its mean Halwa is ready. घी मिलाये और हलवे को तब तक पकाइये जब तक हलवा कढ़ाई के किनारों से चिपकना बंद न कर दे)

-> off the gas and add the Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर). ( इलायची पाउडर मिला दे)

-> Wheat flour Halwa Recipe (गेहूं के आटे का हलवा) is ready. It is easy and home made recipe.
