Yogurt Fish

दही मछली

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Fish (मछली) ---------- 500 gms 

Curd (दही) ---------- 2 Cups

Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Flour (आटा) ---------- a little

Bay leaf (बे पत्ती) ---------- 1

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ---------- 1

Cardamom (इलायची) ---------- 1

Ginger paste (अदरक का पेस्ट) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Onion paste (प्याज पेस्ट) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Red chilly powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 2 smallspoon 

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste


How to make Yogurt Fish (दही मछली बनाने की विधि)


-> First clean the Fish (मछली) and cut into cubes. (मछली को साफ़ कर के काटे)


-> Now roll the fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) into Flour (आटा) and keep aside. (मछली के टुकड़ो को आटे में लपेटे)


-> Now heat 2 tablespoon Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) in a pan. When oil (तेल) became hot then fry the fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) until they turn to golden brown in color. Drain and keep aside. (गरम तेल में मछली के टुकड़े को फ्राई करे)


-> Now heat again 2 tablespoon Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) in a pan. When oil (तेल) became hot then add Bay leaf (बे पत्ती) + Cinnamon (दालचीनी) + Cardamom (इलायची) and fry it for few second. (तेल + बे पत्ती + दालचीनी + इलायची को फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add Ginger paste (अदरक का पेस्ट) + Onion paste (प्याज पेस्ट) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) turns to golden brown in color. (अब इसमें अदरक का पेस्ट + प्याज पेस्ट मिला कर फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red chilly powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) and fried. You can add a little water (पानी) may be added if it becomes too dry. (अब इसमें हल्दी पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + जीरा पाउडर मिलाये)


-> Now blended the Curd (दही) and add into it and stir continuously.Cooked it on medium flame gas till oil comes up on top. (दही को अच्छी तरह फेटे और इसको मसालों में मिला दे)


-> Now you add fried fish pieces (फ्राइड मछली के टुकड़े) + Salt (नमक) + Sugar (चीनी) + 1/2 cup water (पानी) and mix it and cooked it till gravy is thick golden. (अब इसमें फ्राइड मछली के टुकड़े + नमक + चीनी + पानी मिला कर पकाये)


-> Yogurt Fish (दही मछली) is ready. Served it with plain rice (सादे चावल). (सादे चावल के साथ परोसे)
