दही के कबाब

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Potato (आलू) ---------- 250 gms

Fresh Yogurt (ताजी दही) ---------- 2 cup

Chana Daal (चने की दाल) ---------- 200 gms

Bread Slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस) ---------- 6-7

Oil (तेल) ---------- 100 gms

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Whole coriander (साबुत धनिया) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cardamom (इलायची) ---------- 3

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 3

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

How to make Yogurt Kebab (दही के कबाब बनाने की विधि)

-> First greasing Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही) and heat 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल). (कडाही में चारो तरफ चिकनाई लगाये और तेल गरम करे)

-> Now you fry the Cumin (जीरा) for 1 minute. After you add Fresh Yogurt (ताजी दही) + Whole coriander (साबुत धनिया) + Cardamom (इलायची) and cooked it until it turn to brown in color. (जीरा + ताजी दही + साबुत धनिया + इलायची को भूरा होने तक पकाये)

-> Now boiling the Chana Daal (चने की दाल) and Potato (आलू). When Potato (आलू) became cool then peel it. (चने की दाल और आलू को उबाले और आलू ठंडा होने पर छिले)

-> Now add Potato (आलू) + Chana Daal (चने की दाल) + Bread Slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस) and mixed very well. (आलू + चने की दाल + ब्रेड स्लाइस को मिलाये)

-> You also add the roasted Yogurt (भूनी दही) + Pepper (काली मिर्च) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed very well. (आलू मिश्रण में भुना दही + काली मिर्च + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिलाये)

-> Now Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (मिश्रण की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now take a non-stick tawa and spread some Oil (तेल) on it and heat it. Take one ball and flat them and make s tikki shape and put it on the tawa and roasted it on medium flame. You also spread the some Oil (तेल) around the tikki. When one side is roast then turn the tikki and roasted the other side. (तवे पर तेल लगा कर मिश्रण की टिक्की बना कर दोनों तरफ से सेक ले)

-> Your tasty and crispy Yogurt Kebab (दही के कबाब ) is ready. Served it with tea (चाय), sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी), tomato chutney (टमाटर चटनी).(चाय + मीठी चटनी + टमाटर चटनी के साथ परोसे)
